How can I return the delivered goods?

If you want to return an item, please follow the procedure outlined below. However, to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information for the return, including the return label with the address for our goods return center. You will receive a link to access the returns page, where you can download the label.
  3. You can then access your personal return form on our returns website.
  4. Follow the steps on the returns website and print your return label directly. Please use this return label for your return. Then, place the item in the original packaging we sent it in.
  5. Next, place the original packaged item in a shipping box.
  6. Ensure that the label we sent with your order is no longer visible. Please peel it off completely before shipping, or cover it with the return label.
